Kaiser Permanente is the largest not-for-profit Health Maintenance Organization in the U.S. and a leader in advancing health. You will be visiting with the Finance team that supports most of the insurance functions.
Sponsor's Responsibilities:
As VP Finance, the sponsor is responsible for providing finance, accounting, and performance improvement services to departments such as sales, marketing, product development, pricing, and customer service.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
Following an orientation, the externs will have the opportunity to interview and shadow executives and managers carrying out their normal responsibilities. Externs will also meet with other externs or recent hires. There may be some short work assignments depending on timing.
