Sponsor's Responsibilities:
The sponsor is a team lead, which a role between a software engineer and an engineering manager. His daily schedule includes:
* attending/running standups,
* attending/running cross functional meetings,
* reviewing pull requests,
* writing up new pull requests,
* coordinating projects, etc
Extern's Proposed Duties:
The extern will be observing the sponsor daily in meetings. The extern may also meet with other people in the office depending on their interests.
