The Fairfield Brewery is committed to brewing, packaging and distributing our beers in the most sustainable way possible. The brewery boasts a 99% recycling rate and receives electricity from wind turbines and solar panels located at the brewery.
Sponsor's Responsibilities:
As a member of the brewery People Team, the sponsor works with the different brewery departments to create a company of owners, driven by a relentless passion to lead future growth of our industry. We empower our people to lead real change and encourage our colleagues to aim high and climb higher. The activities of the sponsor vary depending on the current projects each department has to drive this company culture.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
The extern will understand our passion for making great beer by observing the sponsor's interactions with the departments, sitting in on a meeting with the senior management team, and observing brewing process managers daily activities.
