Having been recognized by ENR as the top general contractor for two consecutive years, Swinerton Builders is the leading SF Bay Area's general contractor offering a variety of construction related services in different specialty markets, including general building core and shell, tenant improvements, renewal energy and healthcare.
Sponsor's Responsibilities:
As a project executive and member of the senior management team in Swinerton's healthcare group, sponsor serves a project champion for bid and negotiated pursuits and is responsible for the operational oversight and successful completion of projects, while maintaining client relations. Sponsor is currently managing a variety of healthcare renovation projects in hospitals and outpatient centers.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
Extern will spend a day in the life of the sponsor and sponsor's project teams as we continue to build the future of healthcare in the SF Bay Area. We welcome Students particularly interested in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture/planning.
