Meet with IR team to find out what they do. Maybe shadow for a bit. Our HR team will generally set up informational interviews with 4-6 different parts of Cantor, BGC and/or NMRK depending on the extern's interest in i-banking, trading, and/or commercial real estate. Or in support functions.
