KPCC is the nation's second-largest NPR station.
Sponsor's Responsibilities:
The Frame is a daily half hour arts and entertainment show hosted by U.C. Berkeley alumnus John Horn '82. He not only conducts the bulk of the show's interviews, but also is an active participant in planning and producing the show.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
Externs will spend a half day (or so) in the KPCC newsroom in Pasadena watching various departments prepare and produce the station's three daily programs: AirTalk, Take Two and The Frame. The extern will work closely with John Horn, the host of The Frame.
