Sponsor's Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, I am responsible for managing and overseeing the recruiting efforts of the firm. This includes college recruiting events such as career fairs and the coordination of externships.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
The externs observe how it is to work at our firm. There will be opportunities to have Q&A sessions with several employees from our junior staff to senior members. The externs will also have the opportunity to shadow employees during their daily activities and sit in on client meetings. They will also receive presentations from our professional development and community activist committees.
