Sponsor's Responsibilities: The Account Manager is responsible for selling professional resourcing and talent solutions directly to program offices at existing clients in the verticals of IT or Engineering.
Results & Strategy:
Secure new business with existing client(s) in an assigned portfolio and improve order
categorization. Execute against client plans to capitalize on perceived opportunities.
Keep client information and sales leads up to date in system.
Client & Candidate:
Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client
questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services. Build
relationships with consultants on assignment with clients to monitor engagement and
develop deeper understanding of client.

Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of
Work expertise. Offers customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across

Extern's Proposed Duties: The extern will observe the Account Manager's interaction with clients, and consultants. They will also observe the office interaction; i.e. team meetings, conference calls, etc. If scheduled, the extern will also accompany the Account Manager to client site visits. Extern should bring a valid photo ID just in case the client site needs verification during visit check in.
