Sponsor's Responsibilities:
The sponsor is a project manager that oversees structural design of schools, office buildings, residential buildings, parking garages, airport terminals, and pedestrian bridges. This includes meeting with clients, visiting construction sites, preparing drawings, analyzing structures, and collaborating with team members.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
The extern will job shadow a structural engineer. This may include meeting with clients, visiting construction sites, preparing drawings, analyzing structures, and collaborating with team members.
