Sponsor's Responsibilities:
I am responsible for engineering execution, people management, recruiting, and overall leadership. My team develops the dispatch algorithm, routing millions of dashers in real-time every week.
Extern's Proposed Duties:
The extern will attend meetings with cross-functional partners, shadow 1/1s with direct reports, listen to recruiting calls, review engineering initiatives, and take part in data analysis. The extern will likely need to sign an NDA.
